Personal Memo

Re: Thursday, April 08, 2010

Cc: Pastor James David Manning, PhD.

Dear Dr. Laurie:

After listening to your interview with your guest, Dr. James David Manning on today’s show, I wanted to express my thoughts on the current status quo, your contributions, and America’s future. Pastor Manning is one of my favorite people, and has always spoken truth from his heart with the greatest discernment. You and Pastor Manning have both demonstrated exemplary patriotism and faithfulness to our country, your listeners and friends, for which I would express my deepest appreciation and respect. The Scriptures you referenced from Daniel 8:23-26 are dead on.

The thought occurred to me that our current government is asleep at the wheel, or brain dead. This has also been pointed out by you, and many of your guests. It is a mystery to me why we wallow in the quagmire of inordinate efforts to follow and respond to atrocities being foisted upon the American people, while we cannot ignore passions for the helpless and ignorant people who are so busy managing everyday lives that it becomes difficult to find time for doing due diligence to levels required to properly evaluate the predicaments in which we find ourselves, i.e. a nation in distress on all levels. This is the first time in our history when our nation has become a spectacle in default to the world, a most disappointing reality.

It also occurred to me that our nation, being a constitutional republic and not a thug-ocracy, is being run like we are beholden to slave masters in lieu of our government serving the people as originally conceived by our Founding Fathers, and specified by our Founding Documents, i.e. the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and Bill of Rights. This leads me to the logical conclusion that our government is either hamstrung by threats from outside sources, or its elected members have become so corrupt that they are more interested in personal security than honoring the oaths of office, the Constitution, and Rule of Law to which all are sworn to uphold.

We the People, as sovereign citizens, have the right and duty to change this without express authorization and approval of the court system. The provisions enumerated in Article IV-4 of the Constitution, as ratified by the states, guarantees to each individual state in these United States a Republican Form of Government, and protection for each of them, with full complement of its military forces, against Invasion and Domestic Violence, none of which has been forthcoming.

This irregular state of inequity begs the question of who is actually running our country? It appears that we are on remote control by foreign operators and dictators. This nation and its government, i.e. a constitutional republic, obviously under the control of illegitimate entities, is operating as if controlled by an oligarchy. This is highly irregular, totally against tradition, and our national history. Politics aside, one thing which continues to plague my thought process regarding this predicament is that no president has the legal right of authority to fundamentally change entire public policies or dismantle extant national defense systems by Executive Order, or abrogation of Constitutional mandates, averting due process of review and consent by Congress; nor does our system of checks and balances, as mandated and set up by our Constitution, afford to any administration, by executive authority, the liberty to reconstruct defense policies, ignoring historically established relationships with allies by dictum, as with the nation state of Israel, placing the security of both in jeopardy, without proper ratification through Congress and a majority vote. These salient facts are not being discussed openly in most public forums, or in talk-show venues, certainly not in Corporate Media, or Main Stream Media. This places average citizens under a severe disadvantage for protecting their own futures and preempts their abilities to react through normal political process by informed vote of conscience.

It is my firm conviction that we should be doing our due diligence to bring these facts to the public’s awareness, in lieu of minutiae and details to which we frequently gravitate. The current administration is out of line on all counts, and should be stopped by the most expedient means available. This brings to bear frequently forgotten and neglected provisions enumerated in the organic Constitution and system of government of the people, for the people, and by the people, i.e. the 2nd Amendment to the aforementioned document. It’s time we used these powers to throw off this abusive government by theft of taxpayer funds and human resources, for the elite and special interest globalists. It’s time we dispense with foolish dialogues of political correctness and useless appeasement doctrines, henceforth demanding and exercising lawful, Constitutional authority with haste, dispatch and alacrity. The window of opportunity to exercise these powers is rapidly dwindling. It’s time we reevaluate this scenario and take appropriate actions.
